Brownie Balls

Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups walnuts
    dash salt
    13 Medjool Dates, pitted
    1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Process walnuts and salt in a food processor until ground. Add remaining ingredients and process well. Drizzle in a few drops of water just until mixture holds together in a ball. Roll mixture into 20 balls and store in the fridge.

Serving Size: Makes 20 balls

  • These are not like brownies which is good because they are not so sickly sweet. Just the thing to help me transition off eating too many chocolate bars. The walnut flavour is very nice but they dont taste very chocolate if that is what you are looking for. very healthy. - 3/18/12
