    2 eggs
    3 bananas
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/3 cup oil
    1 3/4 cup flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt


beat eggs and bananas. add sugar and oil. mix dry ingredients and add until just blended. pour into greased loaf pan. bake 55-60 minutes at 350F
