Ingredients

1 med.size fennel bulb thinly grated/sliced
1 large carrot grated
1/2 head of cabbage grated
1 oz sundried tomatoes chopped
2 oz feta cheese crumbled
1/2 Tbs balsamic vinegar (high grade)
1 Teaspoon honey
1 Teaspoon olive oil
1Teaspoon mayo. (or salad dressing)
Directions
grate all the veggies thinly.In a bowl combine veggies with the chopped sundried tomato and feta cheese.
mix all the vinegar,honey, oliveoil and mayo, mix into the slaw mis ,let stand for 30 min. serve cold
