1 T. olive oil
2 lbs. chicken breast, cut into strips or cubes
1 green pepper, chopped
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
2 cans low fat cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. skim milk
1 T. garlic powder, or however much you prefer
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
