Can be a good susbstitute of Ice Cream after dinner or at Breakfast. Can be a good susbstitute of Ice Cream after dinner or at Breakfast.

Ingredients

    3 Cups of Frozen Mixed Fruits
    2 Cups of Plain Non Fat Yogurt
    Splenda as desired

    * You can add pieces of almonds or granola as desired (optional) for a complete breakfast.

Directions

Mixed all ingredients and rest in the refrigerator for 15-30 min.
