2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup oat bran
1/4 cup steel cut oats
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups milk
1 egg (or equivalent egg substitute)
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
Top with nuts, fruit, milk or yogurt.
