Ingredients

    1/3 cup frozen, shelled edamame (soy) beans
    60 grams (about 1/2 cup) fresh haricots verts (french green beans) cut into thirds
    1/3 cup reduced sodium black beans, rinsed
    3 scallions, chopped
    1/2 cup mandarin orange segments, rinsed
    2 tbsp Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing
    1/4 tsp red chili pepper flakes

Directions

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the edamame and haricots verts for 5 minutes (do not submerge in the water, use a steamer basket). Remove from heat and plunge into a bowl of ice water. Let sit for about 5 minutes until cool.

In a bowl, combine the black beans, scallions, mandarin orange segments, salad dressing and chili pepper flakes. Add the edamame and haricots vert. Mix well to coat. Let sit about 10-15 minutes before serving.
