Turkey Onion Meatloaf

A healthy twist on an old family favorite. A healthy twist on an old family favorite.
Number of Servings: 12


    Groud Turkey Breast, 3 lb
    Egg, fresh, 3 large


Mix ground turkey, onion soup mix, and three eggs very well. Spread into a pan for baking. We used a 9x9x3 in. aluminum pan this time, and baked the loaf at 375 for 2 hours.

Nice additions to the loaf include fresh chopped onions, celery, and/or peppers. Use your imgination to jazz it up a bit.

Also, the sodium count is high due to using commercial/prepared onion soup mix. Chef Meg likely has a much lower sodium alternative to the soup mix.
