4 medium potatoes, baked
3 Tbsp. Canola oil
1 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 green onions, chopped
8 tsp. lite sour cream
4 strips cooked turkey or regular bacon, crumbled
Mix oil, parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper & paprika. Brush mixture over both sides of potato skins. Bake at 475 for 7 - 10 minutes. Add cheddar cheese, bacon, and onion and bake for 2 - 3 more minutes. Top with sour cream and serve.
