Introduction

hey every one this is my fresh fruit salad that my family cannot get enough of when we have dinners together. I think that there should always be some sort of healthy dish at any family gig. Any how you can add other fruit too it and it will be just as delicious. Should you chooes to use apples i suggest that you toss them in some lemon juice so that they will not brown to fast on you. hey every one this is my fresh fruit salad that my family cannot get enough of when we have dinners together. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups watermelon chopped
    2cups strawberries quartered
    1cup mandarine oranges or tangerines peeled
    1 cup apple or your choice (I use honey crisp.) chopped
    1 cup kiwi fruit skinned and sliced.
    2 large bannanas chopped

Directions

Chop and add all ingredients to a large bowl. Keep cold until ready to serve.

***** If you have left overs and are doing a bbq the next day use the remainder peices and cover them with a mix of lemon juice, cinnimon, and a hint of vanilla extract to taste. cook on a warm rack until they are warm and/ or have grill ines. No added calories!*****
