Ingredients

    1 box of instant white rice
    can diced green chiles or salsa of your choice
    1 cup of shredded colby cheese
    1 cup of sour cream
    1/4 cup of skim milk

Directions

cook rice according to package. spray casserole dish in cooking spray. Set oven to 350 degrees. Add rice, sour cream, chiles/salsa, cheese, sour cream and milk to dish and mix. Put in oven for about 15-20 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 1/2 cup servings of 6
