This was totally improvised but it ended up pretty good so I decided to share.It's practically a guacamole ,different flavored. I used dried basil ,garlic and rosemary but I suppose fresh would be much better. Harissa paste is a red hot pepper tunisian paste with garlic , coriander and caraway. you can use any hot pepper paste you want . I ate it with chicken breast and steamed vegetables. Ingredients

-1 /2 avocado(50 g=a little less than 2 oz)
-1/2 tsp dry basil
-1/2 tsp rosemary powder
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-salt
Directions
Cut 1 avocado in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avocado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl.Using a fork, mash the avocado.Add the basil , rosemary , garlic, hot pepper paste, soy sauce,salt , pepper and mash some more.Adjust to your taste.
