Oven baked chicken Parmesan

Introduction

Very simple to make! Very simple to make!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into quarters
    1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
    1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

Cut chicken breasts into 4 pieces; pour bread crumbs and cheese into zip-lock bag and shake pieces to coat evenly. Put in baking dish and pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is cooked through; about 30 minutes. Serve with multi-grain pasta, marinara sauce and side salad for a quick an yummy dinner. Makes 4 servings.
