Pasta and Chicken

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 breasts chicken, cooked
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 cups cubed zucchini
    2 cups sliced peppers
    2 cloves garlic
    1.5 tsp basil
    .5 tsp pepper
    12 oz whole wheat rotini
    1.5 cups broccoli florets
    2 tbsp parmesan

Directions

Combine ingredients up to pepper; toss.
Put in greased 13x9" baking pan
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through
Prepare pasta. 4 minutes before finished, add broccoli
Drain pasta. Mix with roasted vegetables and chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan.
