Introduction

This is a real good alternative for those who love pizza. It is loaded with meat and vegetables and sure to become a family favorite.
This pizza goes great with a nice fresh spinich and Romain salad or a cup of fresh fruit. Enjoy! ;-)

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 113.4 grams (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 12 oz (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz (remove)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz (remove)
    Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage, 8 serving (remove)
    Louis Rich Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 8 serving
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove
    *Green Giant Chopped Spinich ( Serving=1/2cup), 0.5 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.25 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 0.25 cup pieces
    *Sauce, Hunts, Cheese & Garlic, Spaghetti Sauce, 0.5 cup
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp
    2 TBL. Itallion seasoning

Directions

Blend first 3 ingredients in a blender or food processor. Next add the 1 ounce of Part-Skim Mozerella cheese. Roll dough into a long Roll and wrap with plastic wrap sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Chill in freezer for 20 minuets.
Remove chilled dough and roll out with a lightly flowered rolling pin. Place dough into a round pizza pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minuets.
Remove dough from oven and lightly spread half of the garlic and cheese spagetti sauce onto dough.
Sprinkel half the Itallion seasoning and Mrs Dash onto dough. Now alternatle add your meats. Microwave the turkey bacon until very crisp.
Top Pizza with sliced olives, crumbeled bacon and remaining cheese and sauce.
Bake in 350 degree oven until hot anf bubbely. Cool Slightly and serve.

Serving Size: 8 good sized slices.
