Meatloaf

Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Yellow Mustard, 4 tsp or 1 packet
    Teriyaki Sauce, 2 packet
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    Post Bran Flakes Cereal, 0.25 cup
    pepper, 1 tsp
    onion salt, 1 tsp
    garlic powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients reserving half of tomato sauce for the top. Form into loaf and place in baking dish. Cover with remaining tomato sauce. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 2.5 oz servings
