Yellow Cornmeal, 2 cup
Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Baking Soda, 1 tbsp
Splenda, 4 packets
Soy / Skim Milk- 2 cup
Fat Free Buttery Spread- 2 tbso
2. Mix dry ingredients together.
3. In separate bowl, beat eggs and combine with other wet ingredients.
4. Mix two bowls together.
5. Pour into greased pan
6. Bake until golden brown around the edges and the middle bounces back when pressed (about 13 minutes)
