Ingredients

    1 c. chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    1 c. raw almonds
    5 dried apricots
    3 dried medjool dates or 6 or 7 Deglet Noor dates, pitted
    1 t. cinnamon
    1/4 t. salt
    1/4 c. of water

Directions

Process all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.
