Roasted Carrots & Parsnips with Clove Butter

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp butter, melted
    1 Tbsp canola oil
    1 tsp ground cloves
    2 cups cut carrots
    2 cups cut parsnips

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Combine butter, oil, and cloves; mix well. Toss in carrots and parsnips; coat well

Spread evenly on baking sheet; roast 40-45 minutes, stirring twice.
