Ingredients

    for individual servings: Into your own "bowl" add:

    2 ounces browned/drained ground chuck
    1/2 cup [ragu] spaghetti sauce
    1/4 cup cottage cheese
    1 ounce mozzarella cheese[diced or shredded]
    4 tsp parmesan cheese

Directions

this is a nice easy stovetop lasagna!! i just brown/drain the ground chuck, then to my own bowl i add the ingredients for my own serving. this maintains my portion/carb control.

if your family is not low carbing you can just add the sauce to the ground beef [stovetop] skillet, add your other ingredients and even throw in some al dente bowtie pasta! this is good heated up at work too!
