Nightshade Free Chili

Introduction

Free of common allergens and nightshades! Also gluten free and low carb friendly. Free of common allergens and nightshades! Also gluten free and low carb friendly.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    -1 can black beans
    -1 can kidney beans
    -2 cans chicken stock or broth (note: Progresso broth uses Green Peppers)
    -2 tbsp canola oil
    -1 small onion, chopped
    -6 cloves of garlic, diced
    -2 large carrots, chopped
    -1 celery stalk, chopped
    -1 tbsp turmeric
    -1 tbsp cumin
    -1/2 tsp ground clove
    -1/2 tsp coriander
    -salt & pepper to taste
    -1 lb meat (I use grass fed ground beef)

Directions

Brown your beef in the vegetable oil, then add the veggies and sautee until onions are translucent. Add the remaining ingredients into a crock pot or dutch oven and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.
