Orange-Glazed Pork Tenderloin



Introduction

Ingredients

    1: Pork Tenderloin (1 pound, trimmed and cut into 1/4-inch slices)
    1/4 t (or more): Black Pepper
    1/4 t: Garlic Powder
    1/4 c: Orange Juice Concentrate
    2 Tbl: Worcestershire Sauce
    4: Green Onions, sliced

Directions

1) In a large heavy skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown tenderloin on both sides. Sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder.

2) Combine orange juice concentrate and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the tenderloin.

3) Add onions and simmer until juices run clear and sauce is thickened.

Serving Size: 1/4 of tenderloin
