3 oz shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 T chopped raw onions
1 T olive oil
1 tsp fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 T soy sauce
1 oz white wine
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 T chili sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Over medium-high heat, heat the oil in a large skillet or wok. Next add onion, ginger and garlic. Cook for about 30-45 seconds, then add the shrimp. Stir-fry until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Add the sauce mixture and toss until well blended and heated (approx 2 min).
Serve over white or brown rice (not calculated in nutritional info)
