Bob's Red Mill spelt flour, 1.75 cup
Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
Baking Powder, 3 tsp
Rice Dream Original rice milk, 1.75 cup
Canola Oil, .5 cup
Brown Rice Protein Powder, 4 tbsp
Egg, fresh, 2 large
salt, .25 tsp
vanilla, 1 tsp
In a small bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.
Combine eggs and all remaining wet ingredients in with the flour mixture. Mix well until smooth.
Pour batter in to waffle iron and make per waffle iron instructions.
Serving Size: Makes 6 large Blegian waffles
