Hodgson Mill Angel Hair Pizza with adaptations

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 box (12 oz.) Organic Angel Hair Pasta with flax seed (Hogson Mill)
    1 jar (24 oz.) Prego veggie smart italian sauce
    2 pkg. Kraft fat free mozarella cheese (1 3/4 cup each)
    3/4 cup of egg white product
    10 oz pkg. of frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 medium zucchini, sliced thinly
    2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and drained

Directions

Break pasta into 2 inch pieces and cook according to package. Beat together egg product, 1 3/4 cup cheese, milk, spinach and garlic powder. Stir in drained pasta. Lightly oil a 10.5 x 15.5x 1.5 inch pan. Spread mixture into pan, building up sides slightly. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Spead spaghetti sauce over angel hair 'crust'. Spread zucchini and broccoli over sauce and sprinkle with remaining 1 3/4 cup of cheese. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake for 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
