Meatloaf

Introduction

Easy, delicious and great for take to work sandwiches Easy, delicious and great for take to work sandwiches
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground sirloin or beef
    20 lean ground turkey
    1 fresh egg
    1 egg white
    1 4 oz can tomato paste
    1 large sweet onion

Directions

In a large bowl beat egg and egg white well, mix in tomato paste or 1 can undiluted can tomato soup, chop onion well and add to mixed meats then put in large loaf pan. Cook at 375 for 1 hour and 20 minutes (though my oven is cold so I bake for 1 hour and 1/2.)
