Buffalo Chicken Soup (Recipezaar, modified)

Ingredients

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, raw
    2 c 1% milk
    6 tsp sodium-free chicken bouillon
    6 c water
    2/3 c light sour cream mixed with ranch dip mix
    3 oz crumbled blue cheese
    OR - 2/3 c light blue cheese dressing in place of sour cream + blue cheese crumbles
    1/2 c hot sauce
    1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup, condensed
    1 can Healthy Request cream of celery soup, condensed

Directions

Add everything to crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove chicken meat from bone and shred chicken and return to crockpot.

Serve with additional sour cream or hot sauce on top, blue cheese crumbles, garlic bread sticks, etc.
