Cajun Soup (Slow Cooker)

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1/2 lb raw shrimp, peeled
    1 Aidell's spicy mango/jalapeno sausage, diced
    1 whole bell pepper, diced
    1 jalapeno, diced
    1 c onion, diced
    1 lb tomatoes, diced
    2 T Cajun seasoning
    3 cups winter blend vegetables (12 oz bag)
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup, condensed
    6 to 8 cups of water

Directions

Toss everything except shrimp in a crockpot and turn on for 6 to 8 hours on low. Add shrimp during last 30 minutes of cooking.
Serve over brown rice or alone.
