4 oz. (1/2 pkg) 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 cup Fat Free Italian Dressing
1/4 cup dry white wine or white cooking wine
1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 lb whole wheat past (angel hair or linguine preferred)
1 TBSP dried parsley (or 2 TBSP fresh)
Cover and cook on HIGH 2 hours, on LOW 4 hours.
Cook pasta as directed on package about 15 minutes before chicken is done, drain.
Serve topped with chicken mixture and parsley.
