3/4 cup ricotta cheese - part skim
1/4 packet sugar free raspberry jello *
1/8 - 1/4 cup unsweetened Almond Breeze vanilla almond milk
* can use any flavor sugar free jello mix, they all have the same calories.
Place in freezer for 15 - 20 minutes until top of the thin layer starts to freeze. (Be sure to not forget about it or you will have something so hard you cant eat it)
Mix up and add enough almond milk (or regular milk) to make a smooth, ice cream like consistency.
Split into two servings. Pairs well with berries or other fruit. Is also very good with whipped topping.
