Ingredients

* Avocados, California (Haas), .5 cup, pureed
* Kale, 2 cup, chopped
* Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
* Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices
* Carrots, raw, 3 carrot (7-1/2")
* Garlic, 1 clove
* Onions, raw, 1 small
* Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 5 serving
* Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
Directions
Wash all the veggies and cut up into chunks that your blender can easily handle. Then mix everything in your blender, food processor, or the like. Add water to thin out soup if you like.
Add salt if you really need it, pepper, or other spices as you like.
Voila! Instant delicious RAW dinner!
