Gina's Cheeseburger Macaroni

Introduction

Simple and delicious. My friend shared this recipe with me. You can make modifications to make it healthier, but my main goal was to find something both my husband and daughter would like. You can make modifications to make it healthier, but my main goal was to find something both my husband and daughter would like. It's a hit!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef or turkey
    1 chopped onion
    1 can Campbells Cheddar Soup (undiluted)
    1 can Campbells Beef Broth (undiluded)
    1 1/2 cup water
    1 cup ketchup
    2 cups dry macaroni noodles

Directions

Brown meat with onion and drain fat. Add remaining ingredients (I mix the wet ingredients together first - way easier) & bring to a boil. Lower heat & cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently. Top with shredded cheese.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 8 servings.
