Stuffed Pepper Casserole

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    Bell Pepper - Green - 2 large about 390 gram
    Hunts Tomato Sauce with roasted garlic, (16 oz)
    Farmers Select California Brown Rice, 1 cup Cooked

Directions

Cook Rice to Taste
Brown Ground Beef with the onion
Slice the Green Pepper
Mix into a casserole Dish
Cover with Cheese.
Bake at 350 till cheese is melted and starting to brown
