11/2 c Yogurt, plain, low fat or Fat Free (2 6oz)
1/2 c Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil reduced fat mayonnaise
1.5 tsp Lemon juice, 1.5 tbsp
1 Tbs Fresh finely chopped Parsley
1 Tbs Fresh finely chopped Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
1 tsp Fresh chopped garlic clove (garlic greens or scapes)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
1/2 tsp Pepper, red flakes, paprika or cayenne
1 tsp Coarse sea salt
1/3 tsp Mustard seeds ground or dry mustard powder
2. Grind dry herbs and salt together
3. In a bowl Whisk together yogurt, mayo, lemon juice.
4. Whisk in dry herbs, then green herbs.
5. Rest for 5-15 minutes - taste and adjust salt if needed.
For best results mix ahead to allow all the flavors to develop. Stir or shake to blend before serving - remains fresh for 1 week if refrigerated properly. Makes a great topper for potatoes or if you substitute greek non fat yogurt as a veggie dip.
