Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 10 oz (o trocitos)
    Tomato Sauce, 425 grams
    Onions, raw, .5 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Tomato Paste, .1can (6 oz)
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Drain ground beef then add garlic, onion, & green pepper and sautee until vegetebles are soft, then add tomato sauce and paste.
Take it to boil, and reduce heat for about 30 min.
