Lisa's No Bake Oatmeal Bars

Introduction

Can substitute ground flax for wheat germ if you have it.. I didn't!

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups quick oats (not instant or old fashioned)
    4 Tbps. wheat germ
    4 scoops Protein Powder (I used Aria Vanilla)
    4 Tbps. peanut butter (I used smart balance creamy)
    3 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup cold water

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, adding the water last. Knead with hands until mixed. Press into a 8x8 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Place in freezer for 20-30 minutes, cut into 8 bars, wrap each bar in plastic wrap, then return to freezer to store.

Serving Size: Makes 8 Bars
