Ham, Noodle and Broccoli Toss

Quick, tasty meal. Quick, tasty meal.
Number of Servings: 4


    3 cups Egg noodles
    2 cups ham
    1.5 cups broccoli florets

    1.5 cups milk
    4 tbsp flour
    3 tbsp margarine


1)Cook egg noodles to package directions.
2)In frying pan cook ham and broccoli until ham stars to brown and broccoli is crisp.
3)Either use another pan or remove ham/broccoli from frying pan.(it will make sauce brown if using same pan, but gets tasty "bits" stuck to it.)
4) Melt the margarine, then add the flour and whisk throughly together.
5)Slowly add the milk, whisking alot to slowly thin the milk/flour mixture into a creamy sauce..
6)Drain noodles.
7)Add ham/broccoli back into "sauce" mixture.
8)Toss noodles with ham and broccoli mixture and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 4 good sized portions.
