Introduction

Nearly two cups of a light and nutritious salad. It's made greater with diced egg and 4 oz of red ripe tomatoes. Use a balsamic vinegar if you have enough fat in the meal, otherwise, add a little oil. Nearly two cups of a light and nutritious salad. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup romaine lettuce, cut or shredded
    1/2 cup fresh spinach, cut or shredded
    1/4 cup red cabbage, shredded
    1/4 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
    1/4 cup red pepper
    1/8" slice of onion, cut up

Directions

Cut all fresh veggies (layer or mix). serve on plate.

Not in nutritional ingredients:
Before serving, mix in favorite dressing (ie balsamic or balsamic and oil). If a main meal, add a diced egg or cottage cheese for protein.
