Nearly two cups of a light and nutritious salad. It's made greater with diced egg and 4 oz of red ripe tomatoes. Ingredients

1/2 cup romaine lettuce, cut or shredded
1/2 cup fresh spinach, cut or shredded
1/4 cup red cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup red pepper
1/8" slice of onion, cut up
Directions
Cut all fresh veggies (layer or mix). serve on plate.
