Mango Chicken Salad

Ingredients

    Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse (remove)
    Pears, fresh, 1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz (remove)
    Walnuts, 1 cup pieces or chips (remove)
    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 head (remove)
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    Raisins, .66 cup (not packed) (remove)

Directions

Cut up all the fruits, chicken, cheese, walnuts, and lettuce. mix all together in a large bowl and serve immediately.
