2 large egg whites
74 grams white sugar
1 Tbsp Corn starch
3 Tbsp PB2 powder
Add sugar, beat to stiff peaks.
Fold in remaining.
Pour into plastic food bag and snip small hole off of one corner to squeeze out. Squeeze nickel-sized dollops onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone mat.
Bake in preheated 250 degree oven for one hour.
Turn off oven and let sit in the oven for another hour.
Serving Size: Makes 125 nickel-sized meringue dots
