Introduction

Vegan "Chicken" salad Vegan "Chicken" salad
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Can of Chick Peas
    2 TBSP of Veganaise
    Spices/Salt/Pepper
    1 Small Onion
    1 Stalk of Celery

Directions

Drain can of peas, crush/mash, add Veganaise and other ingredients. Mix well, Season to taste. Serve on bread, wrap, or lettuce/greens

Serving Size: Makes about 4 average sandwiches
