Ingredients

    450 gr. rubarb chopped
    1/2 cup sugar
    pkg jello strawberry powder
    pkg.white cake mix 2layer
    1 cup water
    1/3 cup butter melted
    1 cup thawed cool whip

Directions

heat oven 350
place rubarb in 13x9 dish sprayed with cooking spray sprinkle with sugar and jello
stir water and cake mix and butter with a fork just until cake mix is nmoist (do not over mix) pour over rubarb
spread over rubarb to cover compleatly
Bake 45 min.or until golden brown
top with cool whip
