Whole Wheat Pancakes

Introduction

yummy, filling, and hearty yummy, filling, and hearty
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 C whole wheat flour
    2 rounded tsp baking powder (Rumfords is best)
    1/2 tsp salt
    2T sugar
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1 C nonfat milk

Directions

Mix dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients
Gently stir together - do not overmix or it will make the pancakes tough.
Pour 1/4 cup of mixture onto hot, non-stick griddle. Cook over medium heat until bubbling on top and turn over.
Makes 8-9 4" pancakes
