9 Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Lasagna Noodles
6 small Sweet Italian Sausage appox 1 lb
3 cups marinara sauce
2 cups grated mozzarella
1/4 Parmesan Cheese
3 cups low fat Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup dried parsley
Put light layer of sauce in baking dish. Add 3 noodles, top with 1/4 sauce meat mixture, then 1/2 cottage cheese egg mix. Top this with 1/3 mozzarella. Repeat again. Top with final layer of noodles and rest of meat sauce. Reserve the last of the mozzarella. Bake for 45 minutes covered with foil. Then remove foil, and top with the remaining mozzarella. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
