Turkey Rice Fruit Salad

Ingredients

3 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken
2 cups cooked white rice (could use brown)
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 1/2 cup seedless red grapes
1 fresh mango diced
1 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 tsp tarragon
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix sour cream, wine and tarragon. Add to chopped ingredients and cold rice. Stir, chill for a couple of hours and serve.
