Carrot Kugel Cake

Introduction

Very moist with lots of carrots Very moist with lots of carrots
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    8 grated carrots

Directions

Peel carrots first, then run though grater. Add last to batter.
Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Freezes beautifully.
