curd 250 gms,
oats (i use suffola instant type) 2 cup
Rava or Suji 2 cup,
salt to taste
mix vegetables shredded 200gms.
(I like to use bell papers, tomatoes, onions.beans carrots)
green chilly 2-3
coriander 1 small bunch
fruit salt a pinch
buttermilk 1 cup if neccessary to adjust consistency of batter,
Shred all the vegetables. Chop tomato and onions finely.
add the oats and suji mixture in mixer.
add salt, chillies and chopped coriander leaves to jar and ground finely.
pour the mixture in pan and add fruit salt or soda bi carb 1 pinch mix throughly.
Put Girdle or non stick tava on medium heat.
laddle dosa batter on hot tava. spread evenly and then sprinkle mix vegetables on it.
cook from both sides.
it does not require any oil.
if preparing for kids some oil or ghee can be used.
my kids love it with ghee.
You can make different faces on the dosa with vegetables. my kids make them with me.
Serving Size: makes 20 dosas of 6 inch diameter.
