Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Fearn soya powder, 0.125 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Mire poix (1/4 cup) prior comgo of the following:

    Baby Carrot raw (1 medium)., 0.4 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .16 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream), 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Small skillet with lid is required.

Saute vegetables
While they are sauteing, whip together the eggs, soya powder and cream.

Pour over sizzling mire poix

Stir a bit

Put lid on and let it cook on low for 20 minutes.
