Bison Kabobs

Ingredients

    **Marinade** About 6 teaspoons is what get's soaked in
    67.8 Calories 7.2mg Sodium 62.4 Potassium
    24mg Carbohydrates 24mg Sugar
    **Maple Syrup Grade A by Cary's 1/2 cup
    Brown Sugar, 6 tsp unpacked
    Honey Organic Acacia, 1/12th cup
    Tabasco Sauce, 2 tsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup**


    Kabobs

    5oz Bison Steak by Tender Bison
    1 Small Red Onion
    8 Mushrooms
    1/2 Medium Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 Medium Red Bell Pepper
    1/2 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper

Directions

Soak skewers (10 or so) in water (while preparing other ingredients) to prevent fire. Unless using metal ones

Cut Steak & Veggies into 1" slices.
Combine All marinade ingredients together and soak steak and veggies for 10-60 minutes

In whatever order fits you, skewer steak and veggies. Once all everything is skewered, and the grill is hot, cook for about 10 minutes or fully cooked. Enjoy!
