Introduction

I can't stand just Plain Water & Almost everything has a High Concentrate of Sugar. So I decided to create a Low Calorie Kool Aid drink. I still get my Water Intake & it taste better than the Plain Stuff. =) I can't stand just Plain Water & Almost everything has a High Concentrate of Sugar. So I decided to create a Low Calorie Kool Aid drink. I still get my Water Intake & it taste better than the Plain Stuff. =)
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Water, tap, 64 fl oz
    *Kool Aid, 16 oz
    Granulated Sugar, .33 cup

Directions

Take a Gallon Jug of Water ( I keep mine in the Fridge fer 24 Hours so it's nice "N" cold already) & Mix in 2 Packets of your favorite Kool Aid Drink & Add then Add 1/3 Cup of Sugar (Or Diabetic Equivalent)

(Don't worry about the Calorie Count coos all Kool Aid Packets should read the same.)

Serving Size: 1 Serving is 8 Oz
